The biggest project in our history – JOY Retail Park is growing in Rugvica

JOY Retail Park is being developed in collaboration with INGKA Centres, and we, as the Main Contractor, have taken on key tasks

We are happy to share that the works on our biggest project are in full swing!

The construction project of JOY Retail Park in Rugvica started in February this year, and it is an ambitious undertaking that will transform the Rugvica shopping zone, located on the southeastern edge of Zagreb, into an attractive multi-destination for shopping.

JOY Retail Park will cover an area of 50,000 m², where several large-format stores will be located, and next to them, visitors will be able to enjoy a drive-in fast food restaurant.

This modern retail park creates synergy with Designer Outlet Croatia and the IKEA department store, creating a unique one-stop shopping offer.

JOY Retail Park is being developed in cooperation with INGKA Centres, and we, as the Main Contractor, have taken on key tasks that include comprehensive coordination of the works: we plan and supervise every step, from site preparation and construction to final craftsmanship and installation works. Continuous quality control: we implement strict internal inspections and testing to ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the highest technical and safety standards. Precise deadline management: we systematically monitor the dynamics of the project, adjust schedules as needed, and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.

To date, all works have been aligned with the plan and framework deadlines, and the constructive cooperation of all stakeholders guarantees timely and high-quality completion.

With the opening of JOY Retail Park, the community and the surrounding area will gain a modern shopping zone with a rich offer under one roof.

The new center will create jobs, increase traffic in the region, and further strengthen the reputation of Rugvica and the wider Zagreb area.
