RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementing all instructions and orders from the site manager regarding site organization and workflow
• Organizing preparatory works on the construction site
• Managing work in accordance with the project timeline
• Maintaining construction site documentation
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Planning and monitoring site activities
• Organizing schedules and controlling resource consumption on-site (labor, machinery, materials)
• Ensuring quality control of construction processes
• Supervising and coordinating subcontractor work
• Receiving ordered goods and services
• Recording worker performance on-site

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Independence, organization, reliability, and accuracy in daily tasks
• Work experience in a similar role in the construction sector is preferred but not required
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Category B driver’s license
• High level of computer literacy
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
