RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementing all instructions and orders from the site manager regarding site organization and workflow
- Organizing preparatory works on the construction site
- Managing work in accordance with the project timeline
- Maintaining construction site documentation
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Planning and monitoring site activities
- Organizing schedules and controlling resource consumption on-site (labor, machinery, materials)
- Ensuring quality control of construction processes
- Supervising and coordinating subcontractor work
- Receiving ordered goods and services
- Recording worker performance on-site

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Independence, organization, reliability, and accuracy in daily tasks
- Work experience in a similar role in the construction sector is preferred but not required
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Category B driver’s license
- High level of computer literacy
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
