Z Centar is the most modern center built on 45.000 m², according to the latest construction and design standards. It is located in the western part of Zagreb in the neighborhood of Špansko. Z Centar is divided into two sections: North shopping center and South retail park, connected into a unique whole by a heated pedestrian square. The North shopping center spans two floors and features well-known global fashion brands, sports brands, a state-of-the-art hypermarket, a food court with ten restaurants, modern cafes, beauty salons, and innovative entertainment facilities, including the largest gaming arena in Zagreb. The South retail park offers a diverse range of home decor stores on the lower level, while the upper level is dedicated to sports and entertainment. Z Centar’s retail offering includes a perfect blend of clothing, footwear, children’s range, fashion accessories, sports brands, and home decor items. An outdoor square, specially designed to connect the two shopping areas, hosts entertainment programs that can be enjoyed from the terraces of our restaurants and cafes, while children play freely in the most modern playground. Architectural studio Pulsar, responsible for the Z Centar project, won the European Property Awards 2020-2021 in the category for the best commercial property project in Europe. Here we were also the main contractors for the interior design of Jysk, New Yorker, Ansons, Tibekica
