The scope of the project was the construction of a new 750m2 area, and the reconstruction of the existing part. Upon completion of the project, the building area is 4,423m2.
As the General Contractor, we have reconstructed the retail center in such a way that the retail, storage, and auxiliary space of one retailer, Konzum, have been completely removed, while 6 new retail spaces have been added.
The scope of the project was, after the departure of the old tenant Konzum, a complete reconstruction of the building, and the preparation of the unfinished phase for new tenants: Deichmann, Tedi, Pepco and Bipa.
