Capitol Park Ivanić Grad is a 5,000 sqm retail destination with four tenants from the food, fashion and home décor segments.

The center spans over 4,200 square meters, serving more than 45,000 residents of Sisak.

Krk Shopping Capitol is a complex covering 4,850 square meters with a tenant mix that is both tourist-friendly and locally accepted, including food retail, a pharmacy, and fashion stores.

The scope of the project was the construction of a new 750m2 area, and the reconstruction of the existing part. Upon completion of the project, the building area is 4,423m2.

As the General Contractor, we have reconstructed the retail center in such a way that the retail, storage, and auxiliary space of one retailer, Konzum, have been completely removed, while 6 new retail spaces have been added.
