AUTHORIZED CIVIL ENGINEER – min. 5 years of experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independent management of project development processes, planning and coordination of project implementation and of the construction process
• Coordination of participants in the project and cooperation between investors, architects and contractors
• Monitoring the dynamics of construction site and supervising the execution of works
• Defining priorities, monitoring progress of the project and the achievement of defined goals according to the planned activities
• Management of allocated project resources and control of construction costs in accordance with the approved budget and plan
• Risk management in project implementation
• Communication with representatives of investors and reporting on the achieved results and progress of the project
• Creation of reports, dynamic plans and other project documentation

CONDITIONS

• Bachelor or Master degree of Civil Engineering
• Passed professional exam and membership in the Croatian Chamber of Engineers
• Relevant work experience in works in the field of high-rise construction
• Willingness to work in the field, depending on the location of the project
• Knowledge of AutoCad
• Driving license B category
• Advanced knowledge of English language, spoken and writen
• Reliability, collegiality and resourcefulness in work
