Last week, the doors of the second Kaufland store in Osijek were opened. Kaufland has been present in Osijek since 2004.

We are proud to point out that we participated in this project as the Main Contractor, which is a great honor for us, because with the new store, this already recognized retail chain has further strengthened its presence in Slavonia.

The new store occupies 4,700 m² of gross area, while the sales area itself covers a modernly decorated 2,500 m².

The branch is accompanied by a spacious parking lot with 171 parking spaces, including a charging station for electric vehicles, thereby supporting green initiatives and sustainable mobility.

Despite the challenging timeframe and complexity of the works themselves, the project was successfully completed within the given deadline, and we handed over another facility to the Investor on a turnkey basis.
