As the General Contractor, we have reconstructed the retail center in such a way that the retail, storage, and auxiliary space of one retailer, Konzum, have been completely removed, while 6 new retail spaces have been added. These spaces were constructed for the retailers Tedi, Pepco, Bipa and Spar, the hair salon Style, and the café bar Tutto Bene. The existing building remained within its original dimensions and no new additions have been made. As part of this reconstruction, Tribe performed fit-out works on the Tedi and Spar retail spaces, along with the Tutto Bene cafe (2.006.765,05 Kn), where complete construction finishing works have been done, along with mechanical and electrical installations.
