The scope of the project was the construction of a new 750m2 area, and the reconstruction of the existing part. Upon completion of the project, the building area is 4,423m2. The main part of the project was the construction of the unfinished part of the Bipa, Pepco and Tedi stores, the adaptation of electrical and mechanical installations of other existing tenants, and the preparation of part of the building for the entry of the Spar supermarket. In addition, we performed the fitout of the Tedi store to full readiness.
