These Terms of Business (“Terms”) govern the business relationship between the user (“Client,” “you”) and Tribe Engineering Ltd. (“Tribe Engineering,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services or website, you agree to these Terms of Business.
Tribe Engineering provides consulting, planning, and execution services in the construction sector, including but not limited to:
– Design and planning of construction projects
– Execution of construction works
– Technical supervision and project management
– Obtaining necessary permits and certificates
Contractual terms are defined by individual agreements between the client and Tribe Engineering. Both the client and Tribe Engineering are obligated to adhere to the contractual terms, except in cases beyond our control or in the event of force majeure.*
*Force majeure refers to unforeseen and unavoidable events outside the control of the parties to the contract that prevent or hinder the fulfillment of obligations under the contract. These events are usually natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), wars, government actions that impede business, terrorist attacks, epidemics, or other exceptional circumstances.
Tribe Engineering collects and processes the Client’s personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
– These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
– Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Business shall be resolved before the competent court in Zagreb.
– Tribe Engineering reserves the right to amend these Terms of Business. All changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
