New retail project City Park Zadar is located at an excellent location, at the crossroad of the main city arteries – state road D8 Zagreb-Split and Ante Starcevic Street. It has great visibility with a catchment area of more than 170,000 people. The project consists approximately 9,000 sq m of gross leasable area anchored by Italian discounter Eurospin. Supermarkets Konzum, Interspar, and Plodine are located in close vicinity of the project. There are 130 parking spaces available for the visitors. Projekt se sastoji od približno 9.000 m² bruto iznajmljive površine s talijanskim diskonterom Eurospin kao anchor zakupcem.
